Married but looking means the profile says married, and it says what you are looking for. Married looking, and married and looking, are the same search. "I am married, I can meet at lunch, and this stays between us" is a profile. A hint is not.
Write the limit in the same sentence. A weekday hour is an offer. A public relationship, a night away, and leaving the marriage are not, unless they really are. If you are already married is the shorter version of that fact. For married women and for married men are the longer pages.
If you are looking for someone else who is married but looking, read their profile for the same sentence. Do not guess it from a photo. Finding married men and women is that search. Women looking for affairs is the phrase when the person you hope to meet is a woman.
If the marriage is already over and the paperwork has not finished, the word is separated, not married. Does separated mean single? answers that. Separated is not married but looking.
Do not name your spouse, your children, or your workplace. Where you are, that you are married, and the hour you have is enough.
