Say the hour you actually have. "I can meet for lunch on a weekday, and I have to be back by two" is a useful profile. "I want something discreet and spontaneous" is not, because it asks the other person to guess whether you can stay the night. A lot of women here can meet between the school run, or on a lunch break, and cannot do anything else. That is an ordinary offer. Write it as one.
Put the limit in the same sentence as the hope. If you cannot stay the night, say so. If evenings are when someone else is in the house, say that you cannot message then either, if that is true. A serious person would rather read it on the profile than discover it after they have kept an evening free.
Do not apologise for the limit, and do not let someone argue you out of it. A man who writes as if you are free tonight has not read the profile. You can ignore that note. You do not owe a debate about why two hours is enough. The guide on saying what the arrangement is is the same rule, for any limit.
Choose a place you do not already use. A café near the school, or the canteen at work, is how a private hour becomes a story someone else can tell. Meeting in another town is that place, if your own town is too small. Meeting without advertising it covers a place, your own way there, and your own way home. The first meeting stays public, and it stays inside the time you named.
If you are married, say that too. Daytime is not a code for single. For married women is that fact. If the reason you need the daytime is a job where you cannot be seen, that guide is the other half. Only Amour will never ask you to pay to keep a conversation inside the hour you have.
