How to block and report someone

Where Block and Report profile are, what a block does, and what to write when you report someone.
A closed front door, with a phone face down on a side table.

Open their profile. Beside the note about an issue with the profile you will see Report profile and Block. Report is for us. Block is for you. You can use both. You do not owe them a warning, and you do not owe them an explanation.

Block means they cannot message you on Only Amour, and you cannot message them. Use it when someone is pushing for your surname, your workplace, a naked photo, or another app. Use it, too, when you have simply changed your mind. Unblock is on the same profile if you ever want it.

Report profile opens a form. Say what they asked for, and give their username. Abuse in the footer asks for the same things if you are not on the profile. Write that they asked you to leave the site, to pay, or to send a document. You do not need to attach the photo or the document they wanted.

Stop replying once you have decided. A block ends the conversation on the site. Negotiating with them, especially off the site, is how a small mistake becomes a larger one. If they already have a picture or a name, say so in the report and then leave it with us.

We review reports and we remove accounts that break the rules. A report is not a conversation with them, and it is not a refund if you have already sent money. If money has gone, tell your bank as well.

Blocking is also for a poor fit. You do not have to build a case. If you do not want to hear from them, Block is the whole action. The guide on leaving the site covers the pattern that usually comes before a report.
