How to hide from an email address

You and someone who uses that address will not see each other.

Account, then Privacy.Open Privacy

  1. Sign in, open Account, then open Privacy.
  2. Under Hide from an email address, enter an address a partner uses and press Add.
  3. You will not see a profile that uses that address, and they will not see yours, including if they join later.
  4. We will not tell you whether anyone here uses it.
  5. An address cannot be removed. Check the spelling before you save it. You can add up to five.
  6. An address with a plus in it is saved as the address before the plus. name+notes@gmail.com is saved as name@gmail.com.

To stay hidden from other members in your own town, use the separate town switch.
