How to change your email address

The address you use to sign in, and where account emails go.

Account.Open Account

  1. Sign in and open Account.
  2. Next to your email address, press Change.
  3. Enter the new address. It has to be one that is not already on an account.
  4. Enter your current password and save.
  5. We write to the previous address to say it has changed.
